The Executive Chairman of Ijero local Government area, Honourable (Chief), Julius Abayomi Folowosele has congratulated the Governor of Ekiti State, Mr Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji(BAO) just as his administration clocks three years oday, 16th October, 2025.
In a congratulatory message made available to newsmen on Thursday, Hon. Folowosele described Governor Oyebanji as a perfect fit for the number one seat considering his outstanding leadership qualities.
Folowosele praised the Governor for his exemplary service to the state over the past three years, noting that the period has been marked by remarkable achievements that have greatly benefited the Ekiti residents.
In his message, the Council boss acknowledged Governor Oyebanji’s tireless efforts in improving the various sectors of the state, the move according to him has brought rapid socio-economic and infrastructural development to all parts of Ekiti.
The Ijero council Chairman, maintained that under BAO’s leadership, the state has enjoyed significant strides in security, education, healthcare, agriculture, infrastructure, and economic growth.
Honourable Folowosele commended the Governor for bringing a renewed sense of purpose and vision to Ekiti, with policies that prioritize the welfare and prosperity of all citizens.
He also commended the Governor for his inclusive approach to governance, emphasizing that Oyebanji’s administration has been a beacon of transparency, accountability, and responsiveness to the needs of the people.
“Governor Oyebanji’s three years in office had been characterized by grace, growth, and remarkable progress. His leadership has inspired hope, unity, and progress across the state. His dedication to advancing the state’s development agenda has brought about transformative changes that will be felt for generations,” Folowosele said.
As Governor Oyebanji marks this milestone, the Ijero boss expressed confidence that the next phase of his administration will build upon the solid foundation laid during the first three years.
He also pledged the unwavering support of the people of Ijero local government in the Governor’s quest to continue delivering on his promises for the people of Ekiti State.
