The Commissioner in charge of Human Resources Management in the Ekiti State Universal Basic Education Board(SUBEB), Dr. Olufunke Fajobi has congratulated the Muslim ummah, especially in her Okeosun ward in Ikere Ekiti, Ikere local government area and Ekiti State at large, on the completion of the Ramadan fast and celebration of the 2026 Eid-el-Fitri.
Fajobi enjoined all believers who obeyed Allah’s commandment to fast in the Holy month of Ramadan not to relent in demonstrating Godly virtues and eschew vices they avoided during the fasting in obedience to divine command.
In her goodwill message, the SUBEB Commissioner commended Muslims for their prayers and charitable acts during Ramadan.
“ I celebrate all our Muslim brothers and sisters on this great day of Eid-el-Fitr, which offers us an opportunity to renew our bond of love with one another as a community, state and nation,” She said”
Fajobi called on citizens to continue to renew their hope for a more prosperous future of Ekiti State under the leadership of Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji (BAO).
She also urged Muslims to sustain piety, fairness, and justice, adding that, “Tolerance and peaceful coexistence should be a way of life for everyone.”
