The Executive Chairman of Ijero local government in Ekiti State, Honorable (Chief) Julius Abayomi Folowosele has extended warm felicitations to a former Governor of the state, Dr Kayode Fayemi on the occasion of his 60th birthday.
The council boss in his congratulatory message available to newsmen at Ijero Ekiti, commended the former Governor, Minister and Chairman, Nigeria Governrs Forum(NGF) for his exceptional leadership qualities, his commitment to the state and country as well as immense contribution to democracy.
Honorable Folowosele saluted Fayemi’s ability to follow the path of greatness, without looking back despite some political distractions and challenges.
Folowosele described Fayemi as Governor of continuity having handed over to another state helmsman, Mr Biodun Oyebanji under the same political platform, thereby breaking the jinx in the history of the state.
