The Commissioner in charge of Human Resources Management in the Ekiti State Universal Basic Education Board(SUBEB), Dr. Olufunke Fajobi has celebrated with children on this year’s celebration of Children’s Day.
Dr. Fajobi in her message rejoiced with children in Ikere-Ekiti, Ekiti State and Nigeria in general, noting that the Day which is celebrated annually on May 27th, is dedicated to honor and celebrate children.
She said that Ekiti state government under the leadership of Governor Biodun Oyebanji would continue to make prompt and proactive policy interventions and as well provide children with good healthcare, ensure full school enrolment for out-of-school children at the appropriate ages and equip them for the future with quality education.
The SUBEB Commissioner urged parents and guardians to instil discipline in their Wards and caution them against vices that could derail them from maximizing their potentials.
