The Olukere of Ikere, Odo-Oja, Oba Ayodele Obasoyin has felicitated with the Executive Director of South West Development Commission, Chief Lateef Ajijola and his wife on conferment of Chieftancy titles as Chief Akorewolu and Yeye Akorewolu of Ado Ekiti by the Ewi of Ado, Oba Adeyemo Adejugbe come this Saturday 22nd November.
In a congratulatory letter, Oba Obasoyin said the dedication, wisdom and unwavering commitment of Chief Ajijola who is also the bobagunwa of Awo Ekiti and Mayegun of Igbemo Ekiti to community development have undoubtedly played a significant role in their appointment and expressed confidence that as the couple step into the new roles, they will continue to serve with grace, integrity and a deep sense of responsibility.

Oba Ayodele Obasoyin who extends felicitations to the Ewi of Ado Ekiti, Oba Adeyemo Adejugbe on the occasion of his 80th birthday and 35th year on the throne describing him as a distinguished traditional ruler and worthy custodian of cultural values and heritage of Ado kingdom.
According to him, the reign of Oba Adejugbe has continued to usher in notable development, renewed unity, peace, inclusiveness and progress across the capital city and suburbs.
He prayed for long life with sound health and peaceful reign of the Oba.
