With less than 6 months to the Ekiti Gubernatorial election, an Ikere born-US based Stalwart of the All Progressives Congress(APC), Honourable Adewale Ibraheem popularly called -YOSIYO is optimistic that the flagbearer of the Party and current Governor of the State, Mr Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji and his deputy, Chief(Mrs) Monisade Afuye will be victorious in the election.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had fixed Saturday, June 20, 2026 for the Ekiti State Governorship poll.
Featuring on a Global Tv Network and monitored by theReportersNG, Honourable Ibraheem stressed the need for mobilization of more eligible voters across the state for the Governor whom He said had performed excellently well across the various sectors as encapsulated in his six point agenda and Shared Prosperity Mantra.
Yosiyo as fondly called stated that the APC has done well for the state in delivering its campaign promises to deserve the mandate of the people in the election.
The APC stalwart called on all members to update their membership in the ongoing party e-registration exercise.
He commended the National Working Committee of the APC for supporting the most credible candidate who will win the election with ease, saying the series of endorsements made by Ekiti citizens through various groups and associations were evident.It
