The Commissioner in charge of Human Resources Management at Ekiti State Universal Basic Education Board(SUBEB), Dr. Olufunke Fajobi has urged members of the All Progressives Congress(APC) in all council areas in Ekiti State to participate actively in the party’s ongoing e-registration exercise.
Fajobi made the call on Wednesday in Ado Ekiti just as the exercise continues nationwide in week 2.
She said the APC administration had delivered “dividends of democracy” across the state, making widespread participation in the registration exercise necessary.
Fajobi noted that the initiative would generate a reliable and comprehensive database of APC members across Ekiti State.
According to her, the exercise will revalidate existing members and allow new entrants to join the party ahead of future political engagements, particularly the Ekiti Gubernatorial poll slated for June 20, this year.
“I want to use this opportunity to call on our people to embrace the APC membership e-registration exercise in the state and brace up in the quest to ensure the continuity of Governor Oyebanji’s government till year 2030.
She said Gov. Oyebanji’s performance was evident across board, as “his development projects cut across all parts of the state.”
The commissioner called on residents to continue supporting Governor Oyebanji’s administration to engender more dividends of democracy.
