The Commissioner in charge of Human Resources Management at Ekiti State Universal Basic Education Board(SUBEB), Dr Olufunke Fajobi-PhD has joined other political heavyweights, friends and well wishers to celebrate Dr Kayode Fayemi-a former Governor of the State who turns 60 this weekend.
Dr Fajobi in her congratulatory message made available to theReporterNG describes Fayemi as a genius, team player, brilliant, a father and leader emeritus who has nurtured many mentees that are performing brilliantly well in their respective chosen fields.
She extolled the qualities of the former Governor which culminated into good governance and the delivery of dividends of democracy to Ekiti people across sectors between 2010-2014 and 2018-2022, saying the legacy he handed over to God fearing and people’s friendly Governor, Mr Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji(BAO) which is committed to building upon through His Shared Prosperity Vision.
“Dr. Kayode Fayemi, who I have known for years is a genius, administrator per excellence, seasoned technocrat, global scholar and astute politician. He is a reliable, hardworking, dependable, supportive, trustworthy and committed leader in the Ekiti Development Agenda.”said Fajobi
The SUBEB Commissioner explained that Former Governor Fayemi’s Diamond Jubilee birthday is worth celebrating because of his immeasurable contributions to Ekiti State, Nigeria and World having served passionately in different capacities locally and internationally for over three decades.
She extended Her felicitations to the wife of the former Governor, Erelu Bisi Fayemi fondly called ”Mother General” for supporting Her husband to succeed in all endeavors, for defending the rights of women at all times. She also prayed for her longevity.
”As Dr. Fayemi joins the league of sexagenarians, I pray that God will increase his good health to enable him to render more service to humanity.’‘
