The Commissioner, Human Resources Management at Ekiti State Universal Basic Education Board(SUBEB), Dr. Olufunke Fajobi has congratulated the Ogoga of Ikere, Oba Adejimi Adu Alagbado on his award of an honorary doctorate degree in Public Administration from the Bamidele Olumilua University of Education, Science and Technology(BOUESTI).
In a statement made available to theReportersNG, Fajobi described the honour done by Oba Adejimi Adu as heartwarming and a recognition of his sundry contributions to the development of education and nation-building.
The SUBEB Commissioner said the award is more symbolic by the fact that it is being conferred on Monarch just 4 years to the take off of BOUESTI after upgrading from the defunct College of Education which bears eloquent testimony to the recognition of his stellar performance during the take off of the University.
She expressed optimism that the latest honor would spur the traditional ruler to carry out more selfless service to the Community, Ekiti State, the global space and humanity in general in years to come.
The Commissioner expressed gratitude to the authorities of BOUESTI for finding Oba Dr. Adu worthy of the honor which She said is well deserved nd pray that the good Lord continue to sustain him with his grace and favor as he continues to work for the development of mankind.
